Can u sacrifice your CGPA?

My sister asked me that she can sacrifice her exam result or not?

I said:'' If every patient ask about your CGPA,

then you need to study very hard!''

P/S: This statement do not apply to the first year students and 

those students who still maintain their result above 3.75.

(PTPTN tak payah bayar kalau FIRST CLASS)
