校园选举(Pilihanraya Kampus)

明天就是国民大学学生选举了，希望这是一场公平的选举。

上个星期，活跃于亲学阵的同系同学希望我给于亲学阵支持。我有点惊讶，心想为什么会想找我呢？她看到了我的惊讶表情，急急忙忙解释说只是希望我给于帮助和支持。

看到如此害怕的自己，不禁有点悲哀。

自问“你不是希望这里有所改变吗？你不是希望我们的马来同胞能有所醒觉吗？现在你的马来朋友希望你扶她一把，你却在这里缩头缩脑。平时在那里诉说这里不公，那里不平，当需要你去帮忙的那一刻，你却是如此胆小。”

想到这里，深感惭愧。由于还是有点不安，所以答应她有什么份内事尽管交待吧。能做的，一定帮你。（之后在短时间内帮她翻译选举言论，也算尽了微薄之力了）

最后我问了：为什么是我？

她答：因为你很特别。

有吗？

Tomorrow is UKM PRK day; hopefully it is a fair election for all of the students.

My course mate who actives in GMUKM invited me to be their supporter last week. I wonder that why she chosen me. When she saw I m shocked, she quickly explained that she just want me to support her and maybe give her a hand.

I felt guilty that I was afraid.

I asked myself “You want something to be change? Do you hope our Malay’s friends awake to change? And now, your friend is asking you to help her, but u look so scare. You always mention that our country is not fair. But when your friend needs your help to change something, you seem not willing to help.”

After dilemma in my mind, I think I should help her, secretly. (After that, I helped her to translate the article of election in a short time. This was thing only I can do for her)

Lastly, I asked: Why me?

She said: u look special.

Is it?

今天想认认真真地看候选人的号码，也想邀室友一起研究。他回了我：“我才没有兴趣看这种东西，随便填就好了，浪费我的时间。会不会去投票更不用说了，这种无聊了东西。”后面还附加一句：“就算我花时间在facebook里的无聊的游戏，也不会去才做这种无聊的东西。”

我承认我在前三年都没认真去看待校园选举，因为觉得有点假。今天我看到我的同学多么地认真，付出地那么多，真的有点惭愧。

朋友常问我：以后会进政治吗？想了想，我应该没这天份吧----没有领导者那份魄力。可是如果有好的领导者站出来，我应该能成为好的追随者(Follower)。有时很多事情不需要太多的领导者，需要的只是那份支持。

领导者需要的只是请你出来，花一点点时间，投他/她一票。

难吗？

Today I planned to look at the ‘’no.calon’’ of the candidates. I also invited my room-mate to read together. But he said: “I don’t interest on this kind of thing, I will just simply choose any candidate only. Besides, I might not go to vote, it just waste my time.” In addition, he said: “I more willing to spend my time in facebook or any game.”

I admit that I didn’t vote seriously in the last three years, because I thought that the election in university not practical and not real. But today I realize that it is so important for all of the students to realize about democratic. Besides that, when I saw my course mate spend so many times to fight for it, I think everyone should vote seriously.

My friends always ask me: You will join politic in the future? Hmmmm….. I think I don’t have any talent to be a good leader. But when a good leader stands out, I will be the follower. Actually we don’t need a lot of leaders, what we need is a good leader with a lot of supporters.

What a leader need is your votes; please spend some time for them.

Is that hard?
